Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, is the flagship company of Rs. 14 billion Nava Bharat Group from Hyderabad. The group is looking for dynamic professionals, for the following positions at its Corporate Office in Hyderabad.

Vice President (Power Projects):
He will spearhead the planning and execution of power projects in India and abroad. Assisted by a team of engineers, he will function from the Projects Office in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate engineer, preferably in electrical engineering, with hands on experience of 20 years in conceptualization, engineering and construction of power plants of which 5 years should preferably be in units of 100 MV capacity or more, in reputed organizations. He should be fully conversant with the lastest developments in power plant technologies and project management techniques. Apart from technical competence, the position calls for a high degree of leadership and coordination skills for execution of projects wihtin agreed time and cost parameters. Preferred age: Around 45 years.

General Manager (Finance):
Reporting to the Head of the Finance Department, the incumbent will be responsible for arranging funds at optimal cost for projects and working capital for ongoing operations from banks/financial Institutions and all the treasury functions. He should be well versed with the latest rules and regulations governing the functional areas including foreign currency transactions.

The candidates should preferably be a Chartered Accountant or have a Post Graduate degree in Management with Finance specialization from a reputed Business School, with minimum of 15 years of domain experience, post qualification, in medium to large corporate or financial Institutions/banks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest techniques of project evaluation and assessment. Exposure to ERP environment will be a distinct advantage. Preferred age: Around 40 years.

Manager (Information Technology):
He will be primarily responsible for taking care of IT facilities at Corporate Office, interacting seamlessly with top management and providing requisite IT support.The position entails interaction with IT departments of the Company’s manufacturing units in Andhra Pradesh and Orissa.

The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech (Computer Science)/ MCA with at least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure like systems, network etc. He should be well versed with the latest developments in the IT domain and Internet Technologies. He should be resourceful and have excellent communication skills with pleasing personality. Preferred Age: Around 30 years.
